The government must quickly handle these issues before it's too late. In my opinion, the traffic jam could be reduced by restriction of vehicles. Or at least the vehicle used effectively. The other solution is to improve public transportation. During this time, public transport facilities are rarely used as the primary choice because of the convenience and safety factor is still lacking. If these factors can be overcome, I think the population of Bandung would prefer to use public transport than four-wheeled vehicles that are only used by one person.
Another
problem is garbage. Along the major roads in the city is still frequently seen
much garbage strewn. Although there are bins in almost every place, people
still often throw garbage indiscriminately. I think, this can be overcome with
the self-awareness of the Bandung citizens, which is the root of the problem. In
addition, the government is expected to provide adequate trash and garbage
hauling routine to avoid the accumulation of garbage on the side of the road.
